How The Hour Went

We got there early and set up Hogwarts in the backyard in Glen Ridge, New Jersey for Faith's Harry Potter birthday party. We were ready when the guests arrived.

We introduced ourselves and the kids shouted happy birthday to Faith. Then they got sorted into houses.

Quidditch came next, first match on the grass. Faith's house stayed on the Quidditch pitch as long as we let them.

After the match they earned wands from the puzzle boxes and a trail of clues. Once everyone had a wand, the hour closed with a wand battle.

Happy birthday again, Faith. Pizza came out after we packed up, then cupcakes and party favors.
