We threw Hailey a Sports Combine Birthday Party in her Cranford backyard, and this crew came ready to throw, jump, and race for points.
We split the kids into two teams and sent them around a loop of stations, with a scoreboard going the whole time. Every throw and jump counted, and you could hear them cheering each other through a long jump or a football toss that actually landed.

They rotated through football throwing drills, a long jump, plyo jumps, and an agility course that had them twisting, weaving, and dashing. This is the hour for a kid who loves sports. No costume, just stations in the yard and a team trying to stack the most points before we handed them back.
