Most Cranford parties happen in the backyard. Indoors, the Cranford Rec Center on Centennial Avenue and the Community Center on Walnut both work. For a park, Nomahegan Park, Hanson Park, Unami Park, Memorial Park, and Adams Park all have room to run.
Cranford is home base, so travel is included. We also run parties in Westfield, Scotch Plains, Clark, and Fanwood. We stay in New Jersey within about 20 miles. 10 to 20 miles adds $30.

Pokémon is the theme we run most in Cranford.
Pokémon
Rowan's Pokémon party was at the Cranford Rec Center on Centennial Avenue. About 25 kids filled the gym, already obsessed with the game. They earned coins, turned in Pokéballs, and spent the hour catching and battling. We crowned Master Pokémon Trainers before we handed them back to their parents.
Rainbow Unicorn
Elsie's Rainbow Unicorn party was supposed to be in the yard. It poured on the original date, then rained again on the rain date, so we moved into the Cranford Community Center on Walnut. The kids still cleared the storm and raced carrots through the gates. Elsie wanted pink first.
Avengers Superhero
Beckam's Avengers party was in a Cranford backyard. He is a Captain America kid. The group picked capes and masks, then cleaned up the asteroids Thanos had thrown down. They raced the lawn for Feats of Strength and collected the Infinity Stones before we packed up.
Sports Combine
We ran Hailey's Sports Combine in her Cranford backyard. Two teams, a scoreboard the whole hour, and every throw and jump counted. They rotated through football drills, a long jump, plyo jumps, and an agility course. No costumes. Just a yard full of kids stacking points.
Super Mario
Nico's Super Mario party needed more room than the yard, so we set up at Nomahegan Park. The kids did a speed warmup on the grass, then two teams swept Bob-ombs, shells, and bananas off the path. Once it was clear they stole the Super Stars back from Bowser.
Spies
Quinn's Spies party used the open grass at Hanson Park. Recruits started with a smoke-bomb cleanup drill, then ran the field test: bombs to the sentry towers, and a race back without getting tagged. Guides played the secret agents. Quinn wanted one more mission after we called time.
The Descendants
Maren's Descendants party started on the Isle at Adams Park. The kids followed Mal's clues, unlocked the treasure box, and crossed the sea stone by stone to Auradon. Maren picked her villain and stayed in it. The rest of the kids followed her lead until the hour was up.
Harry Potter
Claire's Cranford backyard became Hogwarts for an hour. The kids got sorted into houses, then it was their first Quidditch match on the grass. Claire sorted herself and then sorted everyone else. They stayed in their houses until the hour closed with a wand battle.
Jedi Escape Jakku
Cal's Jedi party crash-landed on Jakku at Unami Park. He wanted the lightsaber work more than anything else. The kids earned credits through tasks around the grass. The ship would not leave until they had enough. Once they did, they were finally off the sand.
Ninjago
Leon's Ninjago party in a Cranford yard started with the birthday ninja asking for a whisper when we said happy birthday. Two teams cleared smoke bombs off the lawn and used spinjitzu to get past Garmadon and out of the temple. They kept the whisper going the rest of the hour.
We change the kids' names when we write these up. Everything else is what happened.
