We got to the backyard in Chatham, New Jersey early and set up Asher's Survivor birthday party. The path was ready before the first guest arrived.
We introduced ourselves and the kids shouted happy birthday to Asher. Then the hour started.
We split the kids into three tribes and handed out buffs. Stations came next. Cross the river on the stones, blindfold buffs, and a table of Survivor puzzles.
The carrot collection relay was the one to watch. Asher's tribe won that race. Then matching searching under the cones, and that is where the hour ended.
Asher's tribe won the carrot relay and he made sure everyone knew it.
Happy birthday again, Asher. Pizza and cupcakes were next, then party favors.
