How The Hour Went

We got to the backyard in Union, New Jersey early and set up Quincy's Ninjago birthday party. The path was ready before the first guest arrived.

We introduced ourselves and the kids shouted happy birthday to Quincy. Then the hour started.

A short warmup came first. Cleanup was next. Smoke bombs were all over the yard. Two teams swept their side and threw the mess onto the other team.

Once the yard was clear they had to spinjitzu past Garmadon. Quincy was in that group. Tagged kids went again until the whole crew made it through. Then we opened the Ninjago puzzle boxes, and that is where the hour ended.

Quincy kept spinning after he got tagged and did not want to sit out.

Happy birthday again, Quincy. Pizza and cupcakes were next, then party favors.

The Hour

The Ninja Temple is under attack. Kids warm up, clean up after a smoke bomb, then spinjitzu their way past Garmadon while he tries to stop them. Once they are clear, they sit down with Ninjago puzzle boxes.
