We threw Nicolas a Spies Birthday Party in his Scotch Plains backyard, and recruits reported to the Incognito Spy Academy to test a new batch of gear.
First they put the smoke bombs through a cleanup drill — two teams, bombs everywhere, kids racing to clear their side and dump the mess onto the other team’s. It gets everybody moving and a little sneaky before the real mission starts.
The Field Test
Then it was claws in hand. This game has kids racing smoke bombs to the sentry towers and making it back without getting poisoned, while our guides — secret agents with poison noodles — try to tag them. They always love this one, especially when they think they have a clean run and an agent pops out on the way home.
Mission complete, they finished with the spy puzzle boxes.
