We got there early and set up in Natalie's backyard in Montclair, New Jersey. There was a playground in the yard that we had to compete with. We set the Paw Patrol hour up anyway, and we were ready when the guests came out.
Natalie was so excited for us to come. She loves Paw Patrol. We went around names, and the kids shouted happy birthday to Natalie.
Four Corners warmed everyone up. The party skewed a bit younger, with some younger siblings in the mix. The playground was still right there. The kids still ended up really engaged with us.
Rubble had left a mess in the backyard. We got it cleared, then the missions started.
Natalie really loves when the pups get their superpowers, so we leaned into a comet having hit and the pups needing help. The wheel sent kids out to do the work and brought them back for another turn.
Then the puzzle boxes, and that was the station. Adventure Tower was out, plus the toys and vehicles. The younger kids stayed on it, siblings too, and Natalie was right there with them. We were still competing with that playground, and the boxes were where they stayed.
When it was time to eat, we had a hard time pulling the kids away. They were all so into it.
Happy birthday again, Natalie. Pizza and cupcakes once we got them off the boxes, then the party favors. Thanks for having us, Natalie.
Stay Adventurous!
Ginny
