What Parents Say

We hired Jake and his team for our son's Star Wars themed 7th birthday. We ended up with more kids than initially contemplated and the team was absolutely phenomenal. The kids were engaged the whole time. Planning, set up, entertainment, clean up. Can't wait to book another Adventure!

Jake called me back within minutes of receiving my email. He came to the house to set up a Jedi mission for our 9 year old. It was an incredible set up and he was so enthusiastic, creative and fun. It was such a wonderful experience for our birthday boy.

Goin' on adventure is a one stop shop for all the best things for a kids birthday party. They are organized, energetic and creative and all 20 of the kids who came to our son's birthday had a blast! There was so much attention to detail on the ninja theme.

Jedi Escape Jakku

Finn's Jedi Escape Jakku Birthday Party

The ship was stuck on Jakku until they earned enough credits. Finn stayed on the jobs at Meadowland Park until the count was high enough, then asked for one more task. The other kids were already lined up to go. He finished that last job and ran to catch them.

Avengers Superhero

Grant's Avengers Superhero Birthday Party

Feats of Strength was the stretch Grant wanted: fires, heavy stones, and a baby rescue. We set those in his South Orange backyard. The group had already picked capes. He stayed in the feats and would not collect stones until those jobs were done. Then he took one stone and sat.

Rainbow Unicorn

Willow's Rainbow Unicorn Birthday Party

We moved Willow's Unicorn hour into the Baird Community Center. She would not leave the gym floor after the gates. The storm chase had already ended. She walked the same line again with no storm, just to show she could. We let her. She finished that empty-gate walk before she would leave the floor.

Pirate

Logan's Pirate Birthday Party

Cannonball Cleanup took over Logan's South Orange yard. Two teams, a net, and loose balls that would not stay put. His crew treated the net like the whole party. We had to pull them off it to get the hour moving again. They asked if the net could come back out.

We change the kids' names when we write these up. Everything else is what happened.
